We will forever grieve the loss of Meredith, but
our load was lightened with the overwhelming
help of our family, neighbours and friends who
attended the services and stopped by our
home with food, cards, flowers and stories of
their personal contact with her. We all know
the great numbers of people she touched
throughout her life.
Our heartfelt thanks go out to the Doctors,
Nurses and Support Staff at The Hamilton
General Hospital. Smith’s Funeral Homes,
namely Lynne MacFarlane for all her help and
guidance. Kalin Johnson, Craig Kowalchuk
and staff of the Water Street Cooker for their
personal contribution.
Nutro Pet Products for their immediate and
continued support. Greg Casson of the Halton
Regional Police, Mark Gordon of Peel Regional
Police for their professional and personal
support. Corporate and personal contributions
in celebration of Meredith’s life.
