We FOR SURE have to give a shout out to Amanda for her wicked personality. She lives her life in a phat style, always performing Random Acts of Phatness. Check this one out in particular:
Amanda knows a young girl, (we'll call her Marie), 22 years old, who is terminally ill with cancer. She has no family. She was raised by her grandmother who has passed away, leaving her homeless. She is staying with a friend. So, our lovely Amanda starts planning a fund raiser. The intention was to raise funds to pay for her funeral. Not too much fun...raising cash to pay for a funeral. Amanda calls the local funeral home (Smiths Funeral Home) and tells them the story. They in turn, offer to wave the cost of the funeral.
This means that the funds raised go straight to Marie. Who can use it to have some fun in the remainder of her short life.
Thanks to Amanda. For inspiring us with her kind thoughts and gestures. She inspires us to 'Pass it On'. She inspires us to perform 'Random Acts of Kindness'. She inspires us to 'Be Phat'.
