No scale or dress size can measure when you feel your best. Phat Fit is all about being healthy and fit. We do not encourage being skinny or going on drastic diets to accomplish your fitness goals...just sheer hard work! We create safe and challenging workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals and feel fantastic!

What Healthy Living means to us...

  • Exercise. Even better if you can do it at least 3x a week!
  • Get outside and exercise.
  • Eat fresh foods and limit processed foods. Shop the perimeter of the grocery store!
  • Don't "diet"...it's a food lifestyle.
  • Drink water.
  • Minimum of 8 hours of sleep every night.
  • Sweat.
  • Laugh.
  • Push yourself.
  • Be proud of who you are and love your body.

3 Months Unlimited $280.00      Workout Pass (10 Card) $140.00      Drop-In Fee $16.00
We modify the workout to everyones fitness level and ensure that each person works towards their individual fitness goals.  Start anytime! There is no start and finish session date.  Phat Fit is a program that is beyond the typical "boot camp". There is laughter, great conversations and awesome tunes to make you push yourself. As well as a whole lot of sweat!  Come out and Get Phat!

Phat Fit workouts are non-intimidating group training classes that will help you tone up, lose weight, and feel great! We modify according to each participant so that you get the most out of the time you are there. Groups are kept small so that we can assist and help everyone individually. Each session is one hour and is different every time. Workouts include a combination of strength and mild cardiovascular building circuits.
